Manhattan Showcase Project® was created and founded in 2015 by NYC private voice teacher, Philip Pelkington. What started as a client appreciation party, where parents came to watch their children sing, quickly grew, when he and his team recognized the need to create and produce new ways to showcase the considerable talents of upcoming young artists. Exploring a variety of mediums from live events to recorded shows, Manhattan Showcase Project® gave us the platform to share and engage the artists' development. Our goal was to help develop their skills, expand their knowledge in the music business and provide them with valuable input from Industry experts to help them perfect their craft.
Past projects have included several showcase performances on stage at 54 Below in New York and The Rockwell in Los Angeles, as well as recording a professional music video cover to help benefit a charity organization and Christmas caroling at the St Regis Hotel in New York that was featured on World News Tonight with David Muir "Made in America Christmas."
Through the years, we've worked with some incredibly talented young artists including Lilla Crawford (Into The Woods), Dana Gaier (Despicable Me), Brianna Mazzola (Recording Artist), Andrew Cekala (Pippin on Broadway), Jack McCarthy (Finding Neverland on Broadway), Jackson Demott Hill (Finding Neverland on Broadway), Jim Kaplan (The King and I on Broadway), Brighton Thomas (Great American Songbook Youth Ambassador), Ava Ulloa (Matilda on Broadway), Bailey Ryon (Matilda on Broadway), Cole Edelstein (Matilda on Broadway), Maddy Seitles (Recording Artist), Abigail Dylan Harrison (A Christmas Story Live!) and more!
